The Shang Yuan Public Cultural Center in Shiqi subdistrict opened to the public on July 2.

Formerly the Guangming Market, this revitalized venue has been transformed into a multi-functional cultural complex integrating culture, creative industry, tourism, dining, training and exhibitions.

Spanning approximately 18,600 square meters, the center's first floor serves as a community cultural hub featuring an activity center for women and children, a Xiangshan Study, an elderly canteen, and a public stage.

The Zhongshan Integrity Culture Education Base occupies the second and third floors, housing three permanent exhibition halls.

The rooftop cultural-tourism leisure area on the fourth floor leverages the Ferris wheel backdrop to create "Zhongshan's most picturesque fifth facade," complemented by a coffee shop.
