The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Zhongshan Committee (CCPIT Zhongshan) unveiled the International Trade Promotion Service System of Zhongshan (Phase 1) on August 26, aiming to empower local businesses in diversifying global market access. Leveraging resources from the CCPIT's representative offices stationed abroad and Cantonese chambers of commerce in overseas areas, the system covers 54 countries and 64 cities, offering enterprises a full spectrum of professional support for international trade.
The system will be rolled out in stages:
Phase 1 (Ongoing): Establish foundational service infrastructure and resource networks. Zhongshan will deepen collaboration with CCPIT representative offices and Cantonese chambers of commerce in overseas areas. Enterprises can access tailored consulting, coordination and follow-up services via CCPIT Zhongshan.
Phase 2 (Mid-September): Expand trade fair service platforms. The system will optimize exhibition resource allocation and service workflows to boost relevance and effectiveness of services. Dedicated service profiles will track exhibitor needs, enabling real-time issue resolution during events.
Phase 3 (Late September): Strengthen overseas warehouse and service point networks. Zhongshan plans to establish trade promotion centers in key countries/regions, providing baseline services, in terms of market insights, legal guidance, business matching and etc, while offering scalable support like market research, event hosting and emergency assistance.
