The Hhub, developed by Hongrita Group, opened on Ma'an Island in Zhongshan's Cuiheng New District on July 17. It is the first industrial park redevelopment project on the island.

With a total investment of 600 million yuan and covering a land area of 2.55 hectares, the Hhub is a Grade‑A full‑industry‑chain complex that includes R&D and office space, smart manufacturing workshops, talent apartments and commercial facilities.

The park offers industrial infrastructure such as a high‑capacity power supply of nearly 10,000 kVA, central chilled‑water thermal storage air conditioning, and a centralized gas supply system, which can help companies cut infrastructure costs by 30 to 50 percent. It also provides one‑stop, full‑cycle management services.

So far, 23 organizations have moved into the park.
