The Joy Land park in Zhongshan on November 15 witnessed the debut of the "Robot Mart" retail service store, a collaborative innovation between domestic cultural and tourism equipment leader Jinma and AI robotics firm Astribot. This launch introduced a transformative new paradigm for cultural and tourism consumption.

Within Robot Mart, a white embodied AI robot engages customers through voice-guided interactions. It effortlessly handles popcorn sales, beverage retrieval, product delivery and transaction processing, from order receipt to checkout, with machine-like precision.
The technical lead revealed self-developed tendon-driven transmission systems in the robots' bodies and end-to-end AI "brains" that enable both smart, safe interactions and autonomous task completion in complex commercial environments.
A Jinma spokesperson emphasized that this immersive interactive experience positions the store to secure China's earliest mass orders for humanoid robots in culture and tourism, entertainment, and commercial services.
