Topstrong, a listed home furnishing company in Zhongshan, operates a smart factory where end-to-end production automation is fully implemented.

According Long Huayue, director of Topstrong's whole-house customization operation center, the company's intelligent equipment enables bespoke furniture production cycles as short as 6 hours, from raw material input to finished product dispatch.

This efficiency leap allows their 10,000-square-meter facility to operate with just 15 workers for full workflow execution, significantly cutting labor expenses.

Beyond production, Topstrong has digitized its entire value chain by integrating sales, logistics and manufacturing systems.

Topstrong chairman Xin Zhaolong notes the company's strategic shift from traditional focus areas, including hardware, whole-house customization, and doors & windows to platform-based expansion.

Over the past 18 months, Topstrong has launched such products as smart locks, clothes drying racks, entrance doors and integrated ceilings, transforming from a single-product manufacturer to a comprehensive home solution provider with whole-house customization capabilities.
