Zhongshan Cuiheng Group held an investment promotion conference on August 22 to cement partnerships with 17 leading enterprises including Guangdong Guanghong Health Industry Investment Co. The deals span cutting-edge sectors such as biomedicine, electronic information and advanced manufacturing.

During the event, Cuiheng Group unveiled its flagship "One City, Ten Parks" industrial platform, a multi-dimensional ecosystem integrating office towers, commercial hubs, industrial parks, manufacturing facilities and residential complexes.

Highlights include six lakeside projects in the Cuihu New Town, encompassing commercial districts, corporate headquarters, cultural venues and residential zones, with a combined investment exceeding 37 billion yuan.

Residential development emerged as a standout focus. Cuiheng Group for the first time unveiled residential projects to the public, which included 3,683 premium housing units.
