The Wanlun smart home appliance project recently broke ground right after land acquisition. It is set to become a new landmark for Dongfeng town's smart home appliance cluster.

Covering about 0.75 hectares, the project entails a total investment of 78 million yuan. Upon completion and full operation, it is expected to generate annual output value exceeding 330 million yuan and create 500 jobs.

The investor, Zhongshan Anmir Electrical Appliance Industrial Co, was established in June 2002 and has long specialized in producing small home appliances.

With an annual production capacity of over 8 million units, the company exports its products to over 80 countries and regions, including Germany, the United States and Russia.
