Shenzhen-based Stanford Group's Guangxing fabric manufacturing project broke ground in Dayan Industrial Zone in Zhongshan's Huangpu Town on March 25. This is the first 100-million-yuan-level project starting construction after the unveiling of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Cooperation (Huangpu) Industrial Park.

With 37 years of expertise in fabric manufacturing, Stanford Group will invest over 600 million yuan in the project. At full capacity, its annual output will near 400 million yuan, with tax revenue approaching 10 million yuan. The first phase spans 50,000 square meters, featuring a 7-story smart factory buildings for premium woven goods production.
Huangpu Town, an industrial powerhouse in northern Zhongshan, is home to over 3,000 enterprises generating 60 billion yuan in industrial output. It has developed an industrial cluster dominated by smart home appliances, electronic information and advanced manufacturing.
