At Zhongqian Photoelectirc's office area, export cartons in Thai, Turkish and Spanish stretch from the pantry to the GM's office. Employees work nearby, juggling calls and confirming orders.

"From January to October, our capacity and orders jumped over 30% year-on-year," Zhang Qiaoqiao smiles. "Warehouse space ran out, so my office became a temporary storage and order desk."
To meet enterprises' growth needs, Zhongshan's Dongfeng launched a settlement scheme for enterprises, under which seven local high-quality firms have settled in the town this year.
The initiative grants land for expansion, sparking momentum. Zhongqian Photoelectirc, for instance, plans an 11-story plant in its new industrial park, set for completion and relocation by October next year.

"Owning property gives us confidence to invest in R&D labs and perfect our full industrial chain," Zhang explains. "Our 30% annual growth target now feels far more achievable."
Over the past two years, Dongfeng has tailored incentive policies under the scheme for innovation-driven firms. The town has provided land to 10 such companies, solving their problem of "no space to expand".
