The Jiumuwan Industrial Park (Phase I), an industrial park redevelopment project in Zhongshan's East District, is now nearing completion.

As Flexiv, a robotics company based in Shanghai, settles its South China headquarters in Jiumuwan, now over half of the park's commercial space has been leased.
From land acquisition to construction in under two years, Jiumuwan exemplifies Zhongshan's industrial renewal resolve and the market's urgent demand for growth space.
Over three years, Zhongshan has reorganized over 50,000 mu (3,333 ha) of low-efficiency industrial land. The space has enabled 857 local firms to expand production and attracted 1,308 new enterprises, with total investment expected to hit 200 billion yuan. In the first 3 quarters this year, the city's industrial output above designated size grew 5.1% year-on-year, with advanced manufacturing up 9.4% and high-tech manufacturing surging 19.2%.
