Poly Changda commenced construction for its Greater Bay Area headquarters on Zhongshan's Ma'an Island on October 22. This landmark will feature the first 200-meter skyscraper dedicated to industrial R&D in Cuiheng New District.

Spanning 21,700 square meters in the Dongsanwei area of the district, the project boasts a total floor area of 184,000 square meters.
Its design includes a 200-meter R&D tower, a 100-meter dormitory complex, and a 24-meter service building.
Industrial spaces will comprise 70% of the planned floor area, prioritizing R&D offices and innovation hubs. The remaining 30% will house supporting amenities including staff dormitories and commercial and public service facilities, creating a self-contained ecosystem for enterprises and employees.
Strategically positioned to attract cutting-edge tech and biomedicine firms, the project aims to catalyze industrial clustering and drive Cuiheng's transformation into a high-tech hub.
