The Zhongshan Bureau of Natural Resources on July 29 published the benchmark land price update on its official website, effective upon announcement.

This revision updates the valuation reference date from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2024, covering 281 designated zones across the city with a total area of approximately 876.79 square kilometers.

Price breakdown:

Commercial land: 8,053 yuan/㎡

Residential land: 3,995 yuan/㎡

State-owned industrial land: 1,077 yuan/㎡

Land for new industries: 778 yuan/㎡ (single plot)

Land for public services: 1,022 yuan/㎡

Land for public utilities: 990 yuan/㎡

Collective industrial land: 844 yuan/㎡
