The main structure of the "Cuicheng No.4" Cuiheng Smart Cloud Valley industrial park has been topped out, targeting completion and delivery in the first half of 2026.

Strategically located in the Nanlang industrial zone, the project spans 4 hectares with a total construction area of 130,000 square meters. As the first industrial park specially for innovation-driven companies in Cuiheng New District (Nanlang subdistrict), it prioritizes industries including healthcare and pharmaceuticals, new energy and high-end equipment manufacturing, next-gen IT, and modern services.

Two key tenants have already signed agreements. Bonree Medical is a benchmark enterprise in Cuiheng's medical devices sector with 42 CE-certified products, 29 medical device certificates, and 11 FDA-approved items spanning anesthesia, respiratory care, urology, nursing and home medical equipment.
