The first phase of Chengyi Wanshijia Intelligent Manufacturing Industry City, one of Zhongshan's key projects, was topped out in Nanlang subdistrict on August 4.

With a total investment of 2.3 billion yuan, the project spans 206 mu (13.73 ha). Phase 1 covers 82 mu (5.47 ha) and includes eight standalone factories, four high-standard workshops, apartments and cafeterias.

Specializing in intelligent equipment manufacturing, the project will create a modern industrial ecosystem integrating R&D, production and office facilities.

Slated for completion by late 2025, it has already begun business recruitment targeting strategic emerging sectors such as intelligent equipment, new energy and advanced materials. 

Upon full operation, its annual output is projected to exceed 1 billion yuan.
