In the Henglan workshop of Bairan Lighting, packaged products are ready for shipment via the China-Europe Railway Express to Moscow.

This year marks the 13th anniversary of Bairan Lighting's development in the Russian market. In the first half, the company achieved an 18.7% year-on-year export growth to Russia, with online channels contributing 27% of sales.

In a market where winter temperatures often drop to -30°C, causing plastic components in ordinary luminaires to embrittle, Bairan Lighting has developed a proprietary cold-resistant material formula. Combined with precision temperature-controlled injection molding processes, this innovation triples product durability in extreme cold - a key differentiator that helped the company pass supermarket quality inspections.

"Our products have a 65% repurchase rate in Russian supermarkets," said general manager Zhang Guangyuan. "This speaks louder than any advertisement."

From initial collaborations with small wholesalers to becoming a core supplier for Russia's largest supermarket chains, Bairan Lighting has carved out space in the competitive European market through an integrated strategy of full industrial chain control and sustained investment.
