Design renderings of the central cultural-commercial-tourism project in Zhongshan's Guzhen Town were released on July 27. Located on Dongxing East Road, south of the Dengdu Wetland Park, the project has a total investment of 2 billion yuan and covers about 66,700 square meters.

The design team has embraced the concept of an open, park-style block, and the project will offer visitors a public art space for strolling, relaxation and immersive experiences once completed.

The centerpiece of the area is a super-tall tower rising more than 200 meters, which will house a lighting culture museum of over 3,000 square meters, tracing more than 40 years of development in Guzhen's lighting industry.

A ring-shaped observation deck will be built above 150 meters, offering visitors sweeping views over the wetland park and the broader urban landscape of Guzhen.

The project also includes a global lighting exhibition and trading center (industry research center), a villa-style hotel and a large shopping mall, forming a complete ecosystem that integrates industry, culture, tourism and consumption.
