A professor workstation of China Agricultural University (CAU) opened on June 29 at Chant Group's industrial park in Zhongshan's Xiaolan Town, aiming to tackle challenges in the resource utilization of agricultural and forestry waste.

Chant Group has long been engaged in the green energy sector. It currently operates 14 biomass CHP (combined heat and power) projects across China and is actively exploring the use of biomass for producing materials and fertilizers.

Since 2024, the company and CAU have jointly completed several trials and achieved major technological breakthroughs. Their deep industry-university-research collaboration laid a solid foundation for the establishment of the workstation.
