The projects span Torch High-tech Zone, Cuiheng New District, Xiaolan Town and others, covering cutting-edge sectors such as AI core materials, smart mobility, in-vehicle intelligent equipment, high-precision sensors, micro-nano lithography equipment and synthetic biology, as well as facility construction areas in terms of industrial park redevelopment, agricultural and cultural tourism, smart warehousing and logistics, and offshore equipment manufacturing.
Notably, the T3 Go Greater Bay Area ecosystem headquarters, a leading smart mobility platform in Torch High-tech Zone, will be co-built by state giants First Automobile Group, Dongfeng Motor Group and Changan Automobile Group and tech leaders Tencent and Alibaba. With 500-million-yuan investment, it targets cumulative revenue of 3.5 billion yuan within five years.
