The 2025 Sanxiang Town Culture & Tourism Investment Promotion Conference was held at Zhongshan Hot Spring Resort on September 29.

The event saw the finalization of multiple key partnerships: Sanxiang Town signed a charitable public welfare agreement with the Guangdong Soong Ching Ling Foundation to integrate philanthropic resources into cultural and tourism development, while also forging a collaborative deal with China Travel Service (Hong Kong) Limited to jointly expand tourism markets in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and beyond.

A total of 12 major projects were signed, with a total investment reaching nearly 600 million yuan. These projects span commercial complexes, hot spring resorts, creative parks, specialty dining, boutique homestays and study tour bases. Notably, the Kaiming Heping Plaza project alone will receive an investment of approximately 400 million HK dollars to develop an integrated complex featuring office, retail, hotel and dining facilities.

The conference also marked the official launch of the Sanxiang Culture and Tourism Group. As a pivotal platform, it will integrate regional cultural and tourism resources while coordinating project development and operations.
