An investment promotion and project signing event was held on August 29 in Zhongshan's South District, securing projects worth 1.1 billion yuan. Spanning over 10 hectares, these projects cover high-end intelligent equipment manufacturing, smart agriculture, culture and tourism, among other sectors.
Among the signatories, Guangdong Aoling Elevator Co (OLDT) stands as a leading enterprise in the intelligent elevator industry and elevator renovation market. The OLDT phase 2 project marks the company's second round of capital expansion in South District.
On the same day, Zhongshan hosted the Wuguishan Area Culture & Tourism Investment Matchmaking Conference, where 15 culture and tourism projects were signed with a total investment approaching 1.3 billion yuan. South District secured five agreements, covering the Citizens Arts Center, Xiangshan Grand Theater, Caobian Nightscape, Equestrian Park and Caobian Quarry Diving Base, representing a combined investment of nearly 300 million yuan.
