Representatives from nine smart home industry and related enterprises received ceremonial keys from the developer on August 8, signifying the completion of the first factory building handover for the Zhongshan City Construction-Zhongnan Hightech smart manufacturing port.

Strategically situated in Ma'an Village, Huangpu Town, this is Zhongshan's first industrial park renovation project that selects partners through the management platform of rural collective funds, assets and resources.

Positioned as a high-standard technology innovation park, the smart manufacturing port will prioritize such sectors as smart home, intelligent appliances, next-gen IT infrastructure and advanced equipment manufacturing.

Covering 57 mu (3.8 hectares) with a total investment of approximately 500 million yuan, the project anticipates achieving 12 million yuan/mu in annual output and 820,000 yuan/mu in tax revenue upon full operation.

The inaugural cohort of incoming enterprises spans smart equipment, new materials and electronic information technology sectors. By end-2025, they are projected to reach 60 million yuan in annual output and contribute 4 million yuan in tax revenue.
