The 5th Global Conference of the Cantonese opened in Zhuji Lane in Nanxiong, the ancestral homeland of Cantonese culture in Guangdong's Shaoguan on November 25. Jack Cai, an overseas Chinese from Zhongshan, was honored as one of the "Top Ten Outstanding Cantonese Youth".

In 2006, at age 20, Cai embarked on a solo journey to Australia to pursue academic dreams. Overcoming cultural barriers and academic pressures, he earned a bachelor's degree in commerce and a master's degree in finance from Curtin University.
In 2012, he founded Tengtu Logistics Co, tackling challenges from capital shortages to cross-cultural management. The company gradually expanded into the finance and education areas, creating study-abroad and career development pathways for over 1,000 Chinese and Australian students.
In 2014, Cai co-established the Western Australia Guangdong Association. Through a decade of dedication, he transformed the association into one of Western Australia's most influential Chinese organizations.
Cai also initiated the first Chinese student association scholarship at the University of Western Australia, introduced Chinese language and kung fu programs in local schools, and organizes charitable activities every year, from elderly care visits to fundraising events.
Notably, Cai orchestrated the participation of Guangzhou Liede Dragon Boat Team in international competitions, captivating global audiences with the cultural charm of Lingnan water towns.
As a young leader in overseas Chinese communities, Cai remains at the forefront of China-Australia exchanges. In 2024, he was invited by Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese to a luncheon welcoming Chinese Premier Li Qiang, and co-organized welcome events for overseas Chinese in Perth.
