Chen Yiwen claims golds at World Aquatics Championship

August 2 witnessed Chen Yiwen's dominant performance in the women's 3m springboard final at the World Aquatics Championships. The Paris 2024 Olympic champion claimed China's ninth gold medal at the Singapore event.
Rising talent Chen Jia, making her World Championships debut, secured silver in the same event.
Earlier, Chen Yiwen and Chen Jia had combined to win synchronized 3m springboard gold.
