The 2017 Talent Fair for college graduates is to be held in Zhongshan Stadium on Jun.3. More than 200 enterprises have signed up for the fair, according to Zhongshan Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau. It is estimated that about 30,000 graduates will try to seek a job in Zhongshan and the job prospect remains grim for this year’s graduates.

The fair, organized by Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, has attracted such renowned enterprises as Wistron Corporation, Homa Appliances Co. Ltd., Guangdong Bowen International School, ZRP Printing & Packing and Bauhinia Variegata Printing Ink Co. Ltd..

The fair provides about 2500 positions (1000 of which are for the newly graduates) in industries like modern service, new energy, advanced equipment manufacturing, electronic hardware, electric appliances, education and training, real estate and finance. The average starting salary for the newly graduates is 3000 yuan at the minimum. It is expected that about 10,000 graduates from 5 colleges and universities in Zhongshan will attend the fair.
