Against the backdrop of financial crisis worldwide, college graduates are finding it more difficult to find a job. According to Director-general Xiao Jianzhong of Zhongshan Personnel Bureau, the government is to establish employment prediction system to help college graduates to find jobs.

Xiao said that the government will entrust agent institutions to work out medium-and-long-term plans for employment demand in Zhongshan; to release employment information through the press on a regular basis and establish report systems of personnel demand. The government will give preferential support to native graduates of Zhongshan, and to hold training programs and job fairs with related departments for college graduates.
