The Zhongshan Travel Service Association (ZSTSA) was established on the morning of October 13 and the inaugural ceremony of the first council was held. Luo Ling was elected as the first president.

ZSTSA is an industry association with more than 50 Zhongshan-based travel agencies as its members. At present, ZSTSA has passed its association constitution and relevant conventions. It is committed to provide policy information, market promotion, and enterprise promotion services for its members and the industry.

ZSTSA has facilitated the alliance of the Comprehensive Tourism Strategic Development Alliance for Sun Yat-sen's Hometown and Individual Private Enterprise Association, Hailing Island, Yangjiang City. Luo Ling said Yangjiang-Zhongshan tourism programs such as "Zhongshan Large Group Sightseeing Tour" and "Migratory Bird Watching Large Group Tour" would be carried out in the autumn and winter this year.
