China Choral Association decides to hold the 3rd China Choral Conducting  Competition in Zhongshan on Aug. 29. To enhance competitors' performance, the association recently held a training camp which attracted 33 Zhongshan citizens consisting of competitors and choral conducting fans.

The training camp invited three renowned choral experts to give lessons. The experts include Wu Lingfen, Vice Chairman of China Choral Association and professor at the Conducting Department of China Conservatory of Music, Zhao Yishan, Deputy Editor-in-Chief of People's Music Publishing House and music education expert, and Tian Xiaobao, Vice Chairman of China Choral Association and Chairman of Choral Conducting Committee. In the three-day training course, the three experts gave lessons on conducting quality and choral skills to help students improve their skills.
