With the weeklong National Day Holiday just around the corner, the 2016 Flower Carnival opened on Sep.28 in Quanlin Resort, trying to attract National Day tourists tired of congestion on the highway and just wanting to escape the summer heat in the neighboring resort. With flowers blooming in different seasons, the carnival will last till April, 18, promising to offer visitors a sea of colorful flowers arranged carefully by famous landscape designers.
