The 3-day 2016 China (Zhongshan) International Tortoise and Turtle Fair opens in Zhongshan today. More than 130 species of tortoise and turtle from all over the world are displayed. Rare species include the dark red turtle from Zhongshan and Vietnamese pond turtle would be exhibited. Zhongshan Marine and Fishing Administration inspected the preparation work for the fair yesterday. It is learned that an auction will be held during the fair. A part of the income will be donated to Zhongshan Red Cross.
