On the morning of 15th, Mr. Xiao Zhiheng, vice governor of Guangdong Province, lead the ninth group of the meeting of all committee members, Guangdong provincial party Committee, to survey the development of vocation education in Zhongshan, approving the achievement of the unconventional development of vocational education in Zhongshan. The group supported the construction of Returned Students Pioneering Park in Zhongshan.

Mr. Xiao, accompanied by Chen Maohui, mayor of Zhongshan, went to survey Shaxi School of Technology and Zhongshan Senior Technical School first, and learnt about students training, corporation between the schools and businesses and the construction of training bases. In Shaxi School of Technology, Mr. Xiao has learnt that most teachers there are part-time design directors in garment enterprises, who could share their experiences in class and who are good at training talents the enterprises need. At present, there are 14 independent secondary vocation schools in Zhongshan. Those secondary schools above the key schools at the provincial level boast 95% of degree rate. And the graduates from Zhongshan Senior Technical school enjoy an employment rate of more than 97%.
