China Association for Science and Technology recently unveiled the list of the National Scientific and Educational Base. Among over 600 applicants from all over China, National Defense Education and Training Base, and Municipal Meteorological Science Education Base of Zhongshan win the title. This is the first time that Zhongshan has won the honor of this kind.

Zhongshan Association for Science and Technology has long dedicated to the development and utilization of scientific and educational resources, as well as the improvement of citizens’ scientific quality. It has set up 21 popular science education bases and assisted 6 of them to win either the title of Provincial Science and Education Base or Provincial Science and Technology Education Base for Young People.
