The groundbreaking ceremony for Opple South China Industrial Park was held in Minzhong Town on the morning of January 18. The project is expected to be completed and put into production within 3 years, which will further promote the transformation of the lighting industry and contribute to the high-quality development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.

According to the project plan, Opple South China Industrial Park covers an area of 29 hectares, with a total investment of over 2 billion yuan. It will be built into a comprehensive park with such functions as production and manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, R&D, office spaces, living facilities, etc.

CEO Ma Xiuhui said that Opple would drive the development of the industry through the layout of new intelligent products and accelerate the digitalization of the manufacturing industry. Opple South China Industrial Park will focus on 3 main areas including the digitalization of factory construction, smart product functionality, and smart product R&D, thus making itself an industry-leading model in South China.
