Grade three students from junior and senior high schools in Zhongshan resumed their studies on April 27. A total of 10,820 faculty members and 52,044 students returned to school. Students and faculty members from 102 schools, including 83 junior high schools, 9 senior high schools and 10 combined secondary schools, have resumed teaching in limited capacity.

More than 60,000 teachers and students separated for more than three months met again, but still wore masks and kept a distance of more than 1 meter, which was called "love's distance". On the first day of returning to school, the first job for the schools and teachers to do is to spread awareness of "friendly social distancing" to students.
