On March 12, over Lingding Bay, several pavers and rollers were paving asphalt on the deck of Zhongshan Bridge section of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge.

The construction team for the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge section S15 paved 22,600 square meters that day, breaking the world record for hot mix epoxy asphalt paving on steel bridge decks. The previous record of 22,300 square meters was also created by a construction team of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge.
