The Management Measures for Support Funds of the Zhongshan Overseas Students Pioneer Park of China (ZOS-Park)will come into force on January 1, 2024 and be valid until April 30, 2026.

The Measures, now including 29 articles in total, specify and make improvements and adjustments in the qualification scope of overseas students, incentives and subsidies, allocation of incentives and subsidies, project acceptance, violations and other aspects.

According to the latest Measures, the Project Recommendation Awards will be set up. After expert review and approval, professional service organizations will be granted with a maximum reward of 100,000 yuan for each high-quality enterprise they introduce to the ZOS-Park (sub-parks).

Three types of incentives (subsidies) will be set up for implementing projects supported by the Hong Kong and Macao SAR governments, implementing award-winning projects, and participating in exhibitions or organizing conferences. The maximum incentives (subsidies) will be 600,000 yuan, 300,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan, respectively.

Enterprises in the ZOS-Park, not listed as a dishonest enterprise and without serious illegal acts, can apply for a start-up subsidy of up to 2 million yuan 3 months from the date of its moving in (no more than 3 years), also according to the  Measures.
