A large wetland park will be built in Zhongshan this year. It is learned that the Caihong Lvzhou Wetland Park has started construction, and the main project is expected to be completed by the end of this year.

With a total investment of about 150 million Yuan, the 160 mu wetland park is located to the southwest of the crossing of Caihong Avenue and Cuisha Road, and to the east of the New Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital. According to Xian Jingwen, the project leader, the first phase of the wetland park project has been listed as one of the ten things concerning citizens’ livelihood. Based on the wetland conditions, the park will be built into a waterfront one. The water area of the park reaches 30 thousand square meters, accounting for 28.2% of the total area.
