The last parallel box girder in Zhongshan northern section of Guangzhou-Zhuhai Light Rail is concreted.

The last parallel box girder of Guangzhou-Zhuhai Light Rail in the northern section of Zhongshan was successfully concreted yesterday morning. According to Zhang Guorong, deputy manager of Xinyun Engineering Co. Ltd., it would take 20 days to complete the concreting project and then the box girder would be erected in Shalang Bridge in Zhongshan section of the light rail, meaning the completion of pier and bridge construction and the beginning of the track construction. The track construction is expected to be completed by the end of August and be officially put into use at the end of this year before the opening ceremony of Guangzhou Asian Games.
