Migrant worker representatives attending the 2nd Plenary of the 11th session of Guangdong Provincial People's Political Consultative Conference increase from 10 to 15, fully embodying the great unity and grand coalition of the Conference. Two migrant worker representatives in Zhongshan Li Shenhua and Li Xiaogai attend the conference as nonvoting delegates and reflect problems migrant workers face in different places.

They suggest Zhongshan enlarge coverage of public rental housing with more reasonable layout. They also hope to convey migrant workers’ feelings and actively offer suggestions for them to enjoy equal urban public services where they work and live.
