Qiu Shuhong makes a speech on Establishing Harmony through Consultative Democracy and Contributing CPPCC Efforts through Active Execution of Obligations and emphasizes that promoting a system of wide and multilevel consultative democracy is essential to carry out the overall work of Zhongshan CPPCC and expansion of public diplomacy is a key point to arrange the external work of municipal CPPCC. In addition, direction for establishing CPPCC at basic levels in towns should be insisted and brand effects of Zhongshan CPPCC is to be greatly increased due to its learnability, humanity and innovation. Meaningful objects should be set in order to define positions and requirements in performing functions. By focusing on self-building, the CPPCC is able to improve self-cultivation and ability of political participation and consultation.
