Cuiheng Urban Renewal Co, a subsidiary of Cuiheng Group, has attracted another 1-billion-yuan project from Shenzhen, namely the research and manufacturing base for high-end electronic magnetic components, through a customized investment promotion mode.

Currently, project investor Lianzhen Electronics has signed a customized contract with Cuiheng Urban Renewal Co, marking that the former will invest in Cuiheng New District and build its project at Cuicheng No.1, or the Cuiheng Intelligent Manufacturing International Enterprise Valley. With a total investment of 1 billion yuan, the project is expected to generate an annual output value of 1.2 billion yuan.

Lianzhen Electronics is a high-tech enterprise focusing on the research and development and manufacturing of high-end magnetic components. Its products are widely used in such fields as AI and big data computing, computer motherboard making, communication and networking.

Cuicheng No.1, which is currently inviting investment, is located on Nanhe Road, Nanlang District in Cuiheng New District. It will be only 40 minutes' drive from Cuicheng No.1 to Shenzhen Bao'an International Airport after the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Bridge opens to traffic. The project is scheduled to start construction on September 30.
