The Zhongshan Powerlong City complex, with a total investment of over 7 billion yuan, was one of the key projects signed during the trade and investment fair of East District this year. The project will be constructed in East District area in Qijiang New Town. It includes Zhongshan's first 700,000 square meters flagship complex and a landmark high-rise building of 300 meters.

The Zhongshan Powerlong City covers a total area of 167,300 square meters, integrating residential buildings, commercial streets, hotel-style office spaces, Grade-A office buildings, five-star luxury hotels, and a commercial area of about 90,000 square meters. In addition, an art center at least 3,000 square meters will be built as well.
