At this year's Zhongshan Trade and Investment Fair, Miniso's Asia Pacific International Headquarters and Guangdong Provincial Academy of Building Research's Building Big Data Institute Headquarters of Innovation and Technology will sign to be settle in Tsuihang New District (THND).

Miniso is a large chain enterprise integrating design, R&D and the sales of household products. In October 2020, Miniso was listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and its current total market value is 8.7 billion dollars. Miniso's Asia Pacific International Headquarters cover an area of 119 mu (about 7.9 hectares), with a total investment of 3 billion yuan.

The Building Big Data Institute Headquarters of Innovation and Technology by Guangdong Provincial Academy of Building Research cover an area of 33.7 mu (about 2.24 hectares), with an investment of 1 billion yuan. It will be built into a modern building research base integrating green building R&D, design, engineering inspection, energy-saving renovation, construction fencing and urban renewal. An environmental building quality supervision and inspection center will be established in the Institute Headquarters.
