The 5th Asian Orienteering Championship is to be held at the end of June. Senior Three student Tang Jianda from Sun Yat-sen Memorial Middle School will attend the competition on behalf of China. In addition to his skill and physical quality, Tang has a good coach, named Wang Changzai who is a Guangdong May Day Labor Medal winner, national excellent teacher, vice director of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Middle School Sport and Art Department, chief coach of China National Youth Orienteering Team. Wang Changzai holds that the event requires athletes to get oriented in life as it does in competition. So his standard for athlete is “no self-oriented, no orienteering”, so is a standard for him as a coach.

Success is no coincidence. Wang follows the principles he requires in work, including leading the training and participating in the training. Wang succeeded in entering Northeast Normal University to pursue PhD in Humanities and Sociology, as the only one prospective doctor in field of sport.
