The inaugurating ceremony of Qiaogang Community Public Welfare Station was held in the community on Sept. 6th. A collective birthday party was held for the elderly in the communities at the ceremony.

Eastern District is one of the five pilot “Public Welfare Stations”, which plan to spread public welfare service into local communities and urge social organizations, workers, volunteers and residents to involve together in community service and administration.
