A fund raising ceremony is held in Henglan Town to collect money for charity. More than 1.8 million yuan has been donated by government departments, enterprises, public institutes and individuals. Recent years has seen the leap development of economy in Henglan Town. When the local government gets richer, great efforts have been made to develop charity and causes of people’s livelihood. In 2012, a series of charity events have been launched in Henglan to raise more than 5.5 million yuan and help 3000 people.
