On 23rd August, the Association of Scholarship and Grants for Readers of Zhongshan Daily Newspaper Group held the Awarding Ceremony of Scholarship and Grants for Readers, providing 5,000 yuan grants for 19 impoverished undergraduates and 3,000 yuan scholarship more for 5 excellent undergraduates among them.

The president of the association Liu Tingyu expressed to continuously do the work better by establishing files and keeping care and track of those students. Up until now, Zhongshan Daily Newspaper Group has donated and subsidized more than 370,000 yuan and 34 students are benefited.
