May 16 is the twentieth National Helping-the-Disabled Day. Huayuan community in the East district, as the national model community, held an amusement sports meeting for disabled people with the company from their families, which made this day a special festival.

This is a miniature of the East district to show their love and care to the disabled. It is learnt that the district has held a series of activities of the theme since May. More than 150 volunteers paid visit to 599 registered disabled people in the district, offering 360 yuan and gifts for each disabled.
