A special meeting was held on Zhongshan's rural domestic sewage treatment in Lixi Village, Banfu Town on the afternoon of July 20.

As of July 19, Zhongshan has initiated construction projects in 66 agriculture-related administrative villages, with an average of over 900 daily rural sewage treatment engineering personnel and a total of 88 kilometers of pipe networks built; Some 88 administrative villages in Zhongshan now meet the treatment requirements, with the rural domestic sewage treatment rate increasing from 25% in mid-2021 to about 40% at present.
