The signing ceremony was held on June 25 for Zhongshan Public Security Bureau and Collage of Urban and Environmental Sciences of Peking University to contract on construction of the Library of Environmental Forensics, which means Zhongshan has become the first pilot city in the nation to monitor the toxicity of sewage. The contract was signed one day before June 26, the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. It is in-depth cooperation between the two parties and will further improve the competence of our city in tracing environmental pollution sources, judging environmental damage and monitoring drug abuse.
