As is approved in the executive meeting of Zhongshan Municipal People’s Government, the warning water level of Yinggejv Station has been raised from 3.5 m to 4.0 m since May 6th, which means the reacting time against flood might be shortened to save the administrative resource and cost. Zhongshan Water Resource Department expressed that it was the first time for Zhongshan to have raised the warning water level during the past 60 years, marking the improvement of its flood control capacity.
